I've been eating out a lot.
I'm trying to get back on track which is a bit easier since I am participating in a CSA this year.
Last week I made Jen's orrechiette with sausage. A great way to use the spring garlic I've been getting each week. I did use tatsoi instead of Broccoli rabe -- trying to use the ingredients I had on hand.
Last night I tried Kale chips - I didn't use any vinegar but I will next time. (I just forgot..) Still they were crunchy and salty and its an interesting way to get your greens.
I still have some bok choy from last week's CSA so I may cook that tonight.
